Upon receipt of a manuscript, the 1st ICSSTE Editors conduct an initial assessment to ensure it fits within the conference's scope. Manuscripts that do not meet this criterion are immediately rejected. Following this, the papers undergo a double-blind peer review by 2 independent reviewers. These reviewers assess the submissions based on the conference proceedings' requirements, predefined criteria, and the quality, completeness, originality, and grammar of the research. Acceptance is granted if the reviewers provide positive recommendations.
